Loren is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with over 25 years of industry experience in selection and hiring, as well as developing and executing “Best in Class” talent acquisition strategies.  Employing a results-driven staffing approach, he drives all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle, including researching, sourcing, screening and recruiting techniques, as well as behavioral-based interviewing, metrics, recruitment process outsourcing, and compensation analysis.

Loren holds degrees in Human Resources and Business Management from Immaculata University and obtained his PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources) through Villanova University as well as his TAS certification (Talent Acquisition Strategist) through the Human Capital Institute.

Don is an accomplished Partner and Information Technology Staffing and Solutions Professional with over 25 years of Industry Experience.

Building long lasting, trusting relationships, Don has successfully helped a variety of clients within a multitude of industries ranging from Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Finance, Clinical, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.

Andy Arnold

Prior to joining JPC Partners as the Managing Director in its Florida location, Andy has been involved in many facets of Talent Acquisition.  He has founded and operated two successful boutique staffing organizations, has led account development and recruitment for small and medium sized staffing firms and began his career with a multi-million dollar contract recruiting firm.

For the last 25 years, Andy has worked in a number of industries and provided recruitment services in areas like; IT, Tax, Finance, Engineering, Sales, Executive and HR. These services include Professional Contract Placement, Contingency, RPO, Corporate Recruiting and Retained Search. Andy has also been trained in Career Outplacement and has created and published on-line courseware in Career Counseling.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Ferris State University and has had extensive training in Best Practices for Talent Acquisition.
